It’s the Valentine’s Day Open Thread!

Let’s hear about love today.

Welcome back for the second iteration of The Pickup’s Open Thread, where we turn the reins of the comments section over to you, the amorous reader.

Being that today is Valentine’s Day, we’d like to take the opportunity to ask you about Love:

Have you found it?

If so, how did you find it?

Are you looking for it?

(Will you find it, perhaps, in the comments section of The Pickup’s Open Thread?)

What’s the worst date you’ve ever been on?

What are your plans for Valentine’s Day?

Is it a Hallmark sham or a perfect holiday made for the real lovers amongst us?

Etc.

For our Valentine’s Day, my girlfriend is taking me to see Clue: The Musical (I’ve been a fan of the movie my entire life), then I’m taking her out to dinner (can’t spoil where yet, though), and then we’ll go out dancing.

Seethe with envy if you must, but do it in the comments section!

As always, if you don’t like this topic, feel free to talk about anything else.

If you liked this story, please share it! Your referrals help The Pickup reach new readers, and they'll be able to read a few articles for free before they encounter our paywall.
