After years of putting together lists of Tulsa's best events, we thought we’d take a shot at putting on Tulsa’s best event ourselves. John Paul Brammer, writer, Pickup contributor, advice columnist, once-Okie, and Brooklyn coffee shop traveloguer, has agreed to meet us at Chimera Ballroom and read from his forthcoming book Reverse Cowboy. The reading will be followed by a conversation about everything from making a career out of your hilarious Grindr stories to what it means to be an Okie ex-pat.
