Pick Of The Week

Pick Of The Week

Snobug Album Release Party
September 25, 6:30pm
LowDown, 10 N. Detroit Ave.

Tulsa experimental quartet Snobug (Olivia McGraw, Nicholas Foster, Jordan Hehl, and Matt Magerkurth) cemented their “underground” status when they debuted their “Echoes From The Cave” series, in which they performed their ambient classical inside an underground racquetball court. Those concerts were meant to fundraise for a full album, which they’ll debut this Thursday at LowDown. Expect lush harmonies, intense sonic ideas, and bevy of unexpected musical sounds.
