Tulsa Picks: The Week’s Best Tulsa Events, June 4-10

Tulsa Tough, First Friday, Pride kickoff, and more

Welcome to Tulsa Picks, your weekly compilation of Tulsa's best food, arts and music events, as picked by us, the staff of The Pickup. Let's get to it!

Pick Of The Week

Tulsa Tough
Friday, June 6 through Sunday, June 8
Blue Dome District / Tulsa Arts District / Riverparks

Tulsa transforms into a three-day block party-meets-pro cycling race for the annual Tulsa Tough, where hundreds of thousands of people line the barricades to cheer, clang cowbells, and take in the action up close. Founded in 2005 by a group of locals, Tulsa Tough has since grown into a nationally renowned cycling festival, drawing elite athletes and hometown heroes alike. The weekend culminates Sunday at Cry Baby Hill: this year's theme is "The Righteous Babystones." Stay tuned on The Pickup for a full Tulsa Tough guide coming later this week.
